Community Guidelines
A space to breathe, connect, and grow together.
Meditative Community exists to create a space where people can slow down, listen, learn, and connect with one another.
Our community brings together people with different backgrounds, experiences, beliefs, personalities, and perspectives. We do not expect everyone to think alike. We simply ask everyone to treat one another with dignity.
Be Respectful
Speak to others with kindness and respect, even when you disagree.
Be Welcoming
Everyone deserves to feel comfortable participating in our community. Avoid language or behaviour that excludes, humiliates, intimidates, or discriminates against others.
Protect Personal Boundaries
Meditation can be a personal and sometimes deeply reflective experience. Respect people's privacy, personal space, boundaries, and choices.
No one should be pressured to share personal experiences, beliefs, emotions, or information.
Listen Without Judgment
People come to meditation for different reasons and at different stages of their lives. Listen with curiosity rather than assuming you know someone's experience.
Keep the Community Safe
Harassment, threats, hate speech, bullying, sexual misconduct, unwanted advances, deliberate intimidation, or other harmful behaviour will not be accepted.
Respect Privacy
Do not share another person's personal information, photographs, recordings, messages, or experiences without their permission.
Contribute Meaningfully
Ask questions, share experiences, encourage others, and help create conversations that leave people feeling heard rather than diminished.
Contribute Meaningfully
We understand that mistakes can happen. When concerns arise, we aim to respond thoughtfully, fairly, and proportionately.
Depending on the situation, we may provide guidance, remove inappropriate content, restrict participation, suspend access, or take other appropriate action to protect the community.
If you experience or witness behaviour that concerns you, please contact us at:
Email: namaste.meditative community.com
We may ask for relevant details so that we can understand the situation and respond appropriately.
One Simple Principle
Leave people with more peace than you found them.
That is the spirit we hope everyone brings to Meditative Community.
